Thank you so much to Dan and the team for setting us up with our very first snake. We've been looking for a Grey Banded Kingsnake for a while and it was well worth the drive up to visit the shop. Dan was super helpful and great to chat to. We got all the info we needed to feel confident bringing our new family member home, especially since we are complete beginners! Really great shop with a fantastic range of really unusual species, and some lovely characters looking to be re-homed too. Well worth a visit! 😍

I had the absolute honor to attend on their venomous snake handling course and honestly- it was yesterday- but I'm still under the influence of it how cool and amazing it was!! Dan and Jamie made it safe but fun and very entertaining for all of us. I can't wait to return and repeat the course to see them beautiful snakes again in the future. Thank you so much Guys to all of you, it was a truly great day and definitely worth to travel up there, looking forward to meet you all again.

It’s refreshing to find a pet shop that cares more about the animals wellbeing than just profit. Dan and staff are extremely knowledgeable and will give advice based on their knowledge and experiences. We’ve bought 2 snakes so far and we have plans for more.

Welcoming from the moment you step through the door. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, and easy going, honestly you feel like you've been mates for years in those few minutes of talking. Zach stole the show though with the announcement of his published book (will definitely have to get my hands on one). My spiders are now set up in their new homes, thank you very much, see you again soon. Oh and Zach...Margo says *woof woof* 🐕.
