Recommend to anyone looking to purchase an exotic reptile, very helpful from the start when I entered the store to find a snake I was happy with. Guided me through how to care for her and delivered to my house with the vivarium on the day and time agreed. Wasn’t sure what I needed, so everything was supplied. Upon delivering I was helped to set it up and get her new home comfortable. Included all the equipment, decor and bedding. Everything you see in the pictures was supplied by them. Honestly so happy with the service provided from start to finish. Arranged scheduled food and guidance provided for the care of my royal python. Offered support too and any questions they will guide me, I feel like I’ve purchased not just a pet but support for the same price. Reasonable price for everything as well, wasn’t able to afford it all the on the day so deposit left and remainder paid before delivery. So they very flexible as well! Recommend to anyone wanting to go down this path of owning a snake.

Popped in last weekend as we were on the lookout for a second hand Vivarium. We had looked online and checked the usual stores we would go to. We walked in for the first time and were not disappointed. Firstly, greeted by the stunning Ace who is now my best friend.. and then met with not only a fantastic stock of reptiles, but accessories, plants and vivs. We immediately loved a huge set up and spoke to Mark, who gave us a great deal as it needed some work. We spent a while looking at all the available stock, fell in love with all of them, and decided to take the set up. We got to know Mark and how he and Sarah (who we are yet to have the pleasure of meeting) came to set up the business and what they are about- and we are so glad we went in. We came across feed for our cresties which we will be popping in to buy this weekend as it’s super hard to come by and they thrive on this stuff. As a couple of collectors, we loved the selection and will no doubt be back in to weigh up our next addition to the family. Thankyou for spending the time with us, getting to know us and for allowing us to spend all the time with Ace who we adore!!

This shop is an one of the best around. Having been to all the reptile shops within a 100 mile radius of my home I can honestly say this is the best one around. Plenty of dry goods and livestock, a mixture of everything you need. Owner knows her stuff and you can tell the passion she has poured into the store as it really shows by the level of equipment in there. Anyone who doesn't think this is the best one around clearly dosnet know excellence when they see it. It's about 40 miles from my house but I will be a regular for sure. (Coffee required 🤣). Keep up the good work and can't wait to see the shop go from strength to strength.

Thank you so much for coming out to me out of business hours to deliver fruit flies so my dart frogs can eat! Yesterday was very stressful for me as I mistakenly ordered an unhatched culture. Spoke with Sarah who said no problem she can deliver to me, no questions asked, and she came straight away and delivered to my door in her own time. My frogs are now well fed and happy, and I’m a happy customer 🙂

I used to go to a different exotics shop however, I had a really bad experience so I’ve been struggling to find a new one. This one was recommended to me and I popped in. They have helped me set up my millipede tank for my son. How has an absolute amazing time when we go. We have also just got stick insects too! They are amazing with children and the shop dog Ace is brilliant too!
