A big shout out to Josie in the shop! Not only was she calm , kind and patient towards me but also directed me towards a repair shop, after my sim card drawer was jammed& the only alternative was to send my phone away for repair for 2 weeks! I'm literally limbless without my phone! Well done that lass! She's a credit to the business 👏 👍

Jacob and I had a great rapport upgrading 3 of my family plans and offered great advice whilst maintaining a professional manner. I had my 2 young daughters with me and we all had a laugh while Jacob was professional and joined in with our sillyness. Great guy and great service. If you need a phone or upgrade, ask for jacob
I had been them for a while but when bill hit over £80 a month's even out of contract I had to question that. Also the reception was getting worse and worse, And that was general reception over the country not just in one place. After much toing and growing being out of contract I left Funny but my reception is exceptional and my bills have been more than halved Best network provider, erm maybe not
Went in today after an upgrade, bought my phone there two years ago and the customer service hasn't improved, thought I'd give it another go , waste of time never again!!!!!!!
