Game Of Phones Hull

I don't like adding bad reviews, as I believe people work hard for their businesses. However, I'm beyond annoyed with the service, which should have been an easy fix. Went in for a new screen protector for my S23 ultra but asked the owner if he could place it on for me due to me having crushed my hand as I would usually do them myself, I also bought a new phone case to treat myself and more for him not charging me for doing the service, however due to the case I did not notice he didn't even out the protector on correctly and was slanted diagonally with almost 1/3 of an inch uncovered on the top left of the phone. I noticed when I got home but decided not to go back and complain and just keep it until another time. Due to the slanted protector, it was pushed against the phone case, which cracked the protector very slightly, which was really sharp on the glass. So I decided to replace it with panzer glass protectors however I never got that chance. As I was starting to slowly peel the screen protector off it was shattering in tiny pieces over the whole screen protector which some of the glass pierced through the back and into my screen on the top right of my phone resulting in my screen pixels being damaged. So not only did I pay £20 for an awful screen protector and a service that didn't even get done correctly, I'm now going to have to spend hundreds just to fix my screen. Wouldn't recommend anyone here and would advise you to do your own screen replacements. Edit: tried contacting them to see if we could resolve the issue as I wanted to change my review rating, after contacting multiple times over 2 days I finally got ahold of them, once explaining the situation the person on the phone got defensive and said it was impossible and would never of happened which at that point I hung up as I'm not being called a liar and I'm not getting into an argument with somebody over the phone because they have a bad attitude and won't even offer to compromise.

The phone repair gentleman was a lifesaver! My old network provider had jammed my sim card drawer they said it needing sending away for 2 weeks to repair! The gentleman unjammed it, removed old sim and brought me back to life! I'm limbless without my phone! Thank you sir, you're a 🌟 👍

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. Got a screen replacement for a Samsung a70 cost me £100 for an original Samsung screen they told me. The screen became non responsive after 34 days. 4 outside of their 30 day warranty period. Took it to another phone shop and and it turns he damaged the ribbon cable when trying to fitting it. Total amateur. No wonder it didn't last longer than 43 days. Cost me another £75 to fix. £25 cheaper than his quote and at least they did the job properly in the first place. I would advise staying away from this phone shop for repairs. They cant even get a phone screen replacement right. Total amateurs!!!! Money wasted for nothing!!!
