i O S Phones Mobile phone repair shop

I went into IOS phone repair shop to have my iPhone screen fixed, I was asked if I would like a low or high quality screen, I asked for a high quality screen which cost £140, as soon as I got out of the shop I saw that the screen wouldn’t work though I couldn’t go back in as I had a train to Manchester booked, I figured ide ring, tell them all the problems with the screen, and then go back in when I get back to hull. I went back in today where I was first asked for my passcode which is not needed as I never gave it for a screen replacement, I refused to give my passcode so he said it’s fine that he could do it without it???so why ask for it?? Anyway he then says he won’t do anything because there is a pin prick mark at the top of the screen, I explain that that is not the problem, the problem is the screen I was sold has never worked from leaving the shop, he then says he will put another screen on if I pay another £70 on top of what ode already paid for what was supposed to be a good quality screen. I ask him to simply replace what has never worked and he refused. I explained the situation and what was wrong with the screen and the fact I couldn’t get back to hull though had rang previous to explain what was wrong and he just kept refusing, so I���m now getting in touch with trading standards as I’ve been sold faulty goods who are looking into this further

Wow ive been to this shop for years he and his team has delivered high quality repairs for my phone for years but today i decided i needed a new phone Samsung galaxy s24 with his knowledge and can do attitude got me sorted with the perfect phone im very please very happy ive always come back with my phone repairs you name it he does it thank you yet again for the pleasant conversation we have and he has customer for life as long he is still there i wont go to another shop fair polite and get stuff done cheers

I had my phone repaired at the hessle Rd shop for a replacement charging port it had been replaced before with someone else but the chap said it had been fitted with the wrong port so he replaced it and fixed another problem there and then with a fantastic price definitely will use ios phones again
