i went in after breaking my hdmi port on my xbox. after being turned away by multiple other places i was met with confidence and friendly service. i was told i may have to wait a couple of days but my xbox was fixed within 24 hours. :)

My daughter returned a faulty phone (wouldn't charge).The man behind the counter was discussing first accusing her of lying and that he was just going to sell it again. I get that some are not genuine people but to say ur lying is a rude thing to do. Try let me check it in future! He then said that he would not give a refund even tho this phone was purchased on Monday and was returned Wednesday. My daughter informed him that it did not say anywhere on receipt or in shop about no refund and exchange only. He was continually rude saying that it said it on his computer 😂 amusing that he's the only one who can see that. She informed him that she would inform trading standards as he was breaching trading rules. (She is a law student) he started to shout at her telling her to go look at the laws. She politely informed him that she was awear of the laws as she has studied it. He did not like the calmness and that he was in the wrong so he then put a ban on my daughter 😂😂😂😂😂 because she would shop there again after a man intimated a younger woman and was very aggressive. So to sum up scam shop that sells faulty goods and a rude aggressive man. And due to the discussing attitude she did contact trading standards any way. Luckly she had left me on the phone and the calls are automatically recorded.

It is better to throw the phone in the trash than to repair it in this store.

very good service the gentleman that runs this shop has always gone out of his way to help and provide a good service is friendly and helpful and gives good aftercare which i feel is important when dealing in second hand goods
