I had an excellent experience at PHONEBASE! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and truly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my phone and explained the repair options clearly — no confusing technical jargon, just straightforward advice. The repair was done faster than expected and the price was very fair. My phone looks and works like new again! I really appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the result before I left.

Super quick and friendly service. First time I have needed a mobile phone repair and made it very smooth and easy. Phone screen repaired same day in les than two hours. Reasonably priced I thought too

Last minute lifesaver! Needed to urgently to print off a return label for an online purchase... Only a single, black and white A4 sheet, but the Post Office, various convenience stores, photography stores and big supermarkets wouldn't help... But Phone Base did! Better yet, at first it I was told that it would only cost 50p, and I would have paid much more than that... The kind member of staff saw my plight and offered to do it for free! It's not much, but it's the little acts of kindness that are really lack, and appreciated in this world. The next time I need a phone case, charger or cable, I will definitely be shopping here. Better
