I recently had to return my boots as there was a fault with one of the zips, after purchasing them in November. Just unlucky as I loved them but the staff were great and really helpful. Refunded me the money right away. I'm away to buy another pair. Great customer service.

Staff were really really helpful, they turned the music down for me so I could concentrate on how the shoes felt it didnt feel like they were rushing me at all and helped me find the right pair of shoes I left feeling really happy

Top notch customer service. I took back a pair of sandals bought online which didn't fit. I got a refund and tried on so many pairs to find a replacement pair. The staff were patient and pleasant, couldn't ask for better.

Went in this morning, just for the vibes and try on some of their new shoes. The Irish blonde lady was nice and wasn't pushy at all. Honestly had a really nice experience 😌
