Encountered a rude member of staff, I enquired as to whether I could have a pair of shoe from the back that hadn’t been tried on as the ones out on the shelf you could clearly see one had been tried on more than the other and her reply was well have you tried it on. I have worked in customer service for 30 years and this isn’t the way to treat customers. Maybe she needs more training on how to deal with paying customers. I don’t usually complain but this was uncalled for.

Terrible quality! Bought one pair of black school shoes and after 3 weeks the stitching came away. Returned to exchange and made to feel it was my fault. Exchanged for £30 pair and 4 weeks later stitching gone again. Again, staff member never accepted the poor quality yet came up with other excuses. Eventually got a refund, never to go back. Poor on two important aspects, quality and service! Only even used, to go to school and school playtime, not interested in football, etc.

I cannot fault the excellent customer service the Assistant gave me when I was wanting a particular size shoe that was not available in store. It was arranged at no additional cost for the shoes to be delivered to my home address and they came within 4 days. Thank you to tge lively Assistant who was pleasant and polite during the whole procedure. I woukd recommend the store to all and will certainly go back there.

Encountered a very rude sales person. Her attitude was dreadful. When pointed out to her that she was being very rude she actually said it was me and got Ruder. I worked in retail for a number of years and never spoke to customers the way I was spoken to. If you don’t like the job. Don’t do it. Shoe Zone in Kingswood just lost a customer. I was intending to spend quite a lot of money in that store at the end of the month. But will take my custom elsewhere now. Hope the manager sees this review.

IN MY OPINION AVOID THIS MARKET STALL AT ALL COSTS!! I bought what looked like sports trainers to use for sport, even on their own website it describes them as "These trainers are ideal for sports, and comes with a cushioned heel". But on closer examination this cushioned heel resembles nothing more than an egg carton that crumbles under any kind of pressure. They are extremely poorly made, with extremely poor materials, that can only be described as pure cheap tat with defects all over, that are certainly NOT FOR SPORT, as they so falsely claim. Upon Taking them back to the store i was greeted by the manager who was extremely rude, objectionable and condescending right from the start, deliberatly trying to belittle and mock me in front of her sales staff like a playground gang, who needed entertaining because the store was so empty. APPAULING PRODUCT!!, APPAULLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! APPAULLING BUSINESS PRACTICES WITHHOLDING GENUINE CLAIMS FOR A REFUND.
