Quite a unique setting with ducks and carp sharing the quay below. It's pretty quiet inside which is a shame as it's got a well designed interior which makes the best of the outlook.
Sadly one of them shopping centres with more than half the shops closed.... Massive multi storey car park.... Had a whole floor to my self. Half the escalators don't work and the lift has a mind of it's own as to what floor it's taking you too. I want a telly that size tho
It’s an absolute shame I’m giving this place such low review, basically it’s been a long time coming, not only is this place a safety issue it’s just completely outdated and pointless now. I come here for a few restaurants and out of habit, but it’s limited and mainly for the food places located at the bottom. This place needs new safety features putting in, the escalators just don’t look or feel safe, and a few people have already had accidents on them. Specially going up to the cinema, dangerous! Risk assessments need to be done! The risk is high! Literally. The escalators feel like your gonna fall overboard or backwards, and the lift feels like your in a cardboard box, again just doesn’t feel or look safe. Definitely not up to safety standards. Also it’s not getting cleaned! Outside or in, bird poo everywhere on tbe roof which everyone can see. the whole thing is just looking like a zombie apocalypse. Change the structures, invest and make it great and safe. You can’t seriously serve alcohol with barriers so low at Heights like that! Not safe at all!
Half the shopping centre stands empty. The lifts are always out action. One of which, has been for the past year. It’s hard enough trying to get around as a wheelchair user without the lifts also being broken. Not good enough.
This location is simply stunning with its charming allure and splendid appearance. The street is lined with alluring shops and delectable restaurants that are sure to captivate your senses. The exterior of the building is what initially drew me in, and I eagerly ventured inside to explore further. Though I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I was on a specific mission to locate The Perfume Shop, which proved to be quite elusive. Despite my search, I still highly recommend a visit to Princes Quay.
