It is a nice development with several shops around the edge the road is longer than the map shows but I will suggest and edit. It has High Street type shops along the footpath that is around the edge of the development. It has three charity shops a B&M Greggs Iceland and a Pound Land. There is a security office if you need assistance and there is a cash machine close by also. Worth a visit if on Hessle Road Hull
Great place, not to get confused with St Andrews Docks retail park .
Really good retail park, everything you need from whole sale, Do it yourself, bicycles, batteries, bulbs and basic vehicle parts to computers, laptops, tablets and home appliances. There is also a couple of fast food places nearby where quick food can be purchased, even a petrol station close to the A63 to get back out to the east coast or west of the country. Everything needed to look after your home, family or hobbies.
Alas, another small precinct hit by high price's, and rates leaving more shops laid unoccupied. Parking is a big advantage if you want to park up and explore the local main road.
Pretty local to me, looks abit rundown in a few areas, needs money spent on it to keep up to today's standards and facilities, more restaurants or entertainment for families would be great, lovely memorial for the fishermen of Hull, the road parallel to Makro that leads to a dead end needs a clean, looks filthy, and will end up in the river at somepoint on a windy day, but it's a great viewing area for a sunset.
