The young lad Austin was very helpful and friendly aswell had a nice chat while he fixed my bike, very happy for him to work on my bike again, very knowledgeable in his work and such a happy chap
Poor service and worse after care. Asked for advice on a part which I was unsure about sizing. The assistant sold me the part suitable. Not one hour later after I tried fitting it I realised the assistant had sold me and advised me on an incorrect part . I returned it only to be told I couldn’t return it! Legally, yes I can . I was told I could only get a credit note . After a brief battle with the very unpleasant assistant I received my refund only to be told’ I’ll do it this once ‘ despite it being a legality. Avoid this retailer and use a specialist cycling shop is my advice.
Austin and Leila at the Hull branch were fantastic, really helpful knowledgeable and couldn’t be more helpful. Very much appreciated and they got me out a real scrape.
Ordered my son a bike for Christmas with the website saying it will arrive for Christmas and it isnt so im left with no bike or money to replace it and I can't go pick it up me and my son are devastated
I took my son I to the hull store on Mount pleasant to look for a new bike. I have little knowledge of bikes so was nervous about what to buy. That all changed when Ryan came to help! He was amazing and helped us from start to finish, he even helped put the bike in my car, I had 1 very happy 13 year old! Because visiting the store was such a good experience I travelled back the following day to purchase my 10 year old a new bike, with the fantastic help of Steve and leila this time, again Steve put the bike safely in my car and gave us lots of advise. These guys know there stuff and can't do enough to help. 5 star customer service! My bank account wasn't happy but myself and my sons couldnt have been happier ☺ We would 100% recommend this store.
