Went in for a new bike seat,..sorted me out stright away and even fitted it for me,..very helpful staff member...one happy customer.😊👍👍
Bought a bike for me and my wife the other day and service was brilliant. Not pushy at all, gave us lots of information because we were really indecisive. Also, my wife managed to break her seat post in all of 2 days and they again was really helpful and replaced it for her! Thank you very much to the guys in there :)
I can’t thank you guys enough for today my neighbour came in today with my little girls first bike because her peddles wouldn’t go on and you guys sorted it with in an hour I’m so grateful to you guys thank you so much!! ☺️
Have gone in many times for them to fix little bits and they've always done so quickly and cheaply. Went in yesterday to get a new bike, staff were very helpful and I was able to find a good one in about 10 minutes!
I have just had the worst experience at this shop i was judged the second I walked in he told me I shouldnt have a bike motor in there (mid drive bosch) as it was dangerous even though he had bikes in stock with batteries and motors on them and then after they wouldn't help because the motor wasn't from there he followed me out in a strange way all I wanted was a lock ring loosened of a tool to do so I would avoid unless you bought the bike from the shop even though apparantly its a repair shop
