Bought a Trek Pro Caliber from these guys and the service was excellent from start to finish, they communicated at all stages and delivered exactly when they promised. The bike is amazing and the standard of service was as well. I cannot praise these guys enough and would happily recommend them to anyone who needs a great bike with great service. I will be back to them for my next one! (But don’t tell the wife)
Took it for the frame bearings and they have battered all around the bearings I wouldn’t have minded if they had told me beforehand that they have scratched it but they did not say a word and when I rang up they knew it was scratched and didn’t even sound bothered I’m not happy at all with the condition my frame is in
Pleased to find a local small bike shop open on a damp and dreary Monday morning. I needed a few items for repairing a friends bicycle. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy to listen to their politely offered advice. Shop very interesting entrance round the side but easy to find. Will add them to my list of reliable experts. Nice not to be talked down too.
