Places like the Audio Room are special.Very knowledgeable advice with no hard sell, just leave you to it and let you listen. I have been a customer for several years and recently purchased a Rega P8. Delivered and set up at my home by Spencer. The AR carry a great range of quality products from entry level to high end. Darren and Spencer are always very welcoming at the Hull showroom. Just like to thank Darren, Spen & Jack for their excellent advise regarding upgrading our speakers, Spen has been to install the speakers we purchased from them. We wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend. Their advise and knowledge is second to none Just going to sit and enjoy them now ☺️

Fabulous customer service from Jack at Leeds Audio Room. I needed advice with an inherited set up and Jack offered to help. He tested the hifi for me, gave me advice on what’s stuff is worth and even met me half way to return the hifi. Lovely little independent business, with great expertise. Thank you for all your help :)
