AVOID. Crap service, crap cheap square end units, defects on door paint, badly designed but blame customers...palm old stock manual defrost fridge freezer on the sly, nobody has those anymore so we had to pay for an auto defrost one. My new joiner said he doesn't use them anymore as its all about sales, once you pay they change their attitude from sickly sweet to downright rude. Bad experience they even insisted we paid for storage and insurance. Send excess units they charged us for then lied saying we'd had 'freebies' & we owed them money Crooks.

Went on with a plan from another Howdens Hunslet branch and asked for help with choosing door colours, handle and worktops. The lad behind the counter was quite pleasant but the lady from design didn’t want to know, she just walked away without explanation. Very rude. So we went to Wren they where totally different and so helpful looks like we’ll be spending our money there despite our fitter spend 200k a year with this company.
