Popped in to have a quick look around with my son, who is just getting into fishing. A huge and well stocked shop. Harry was fantastic, giving us great advice and product recommendations without selling us expensive and unneeded equipment. A great first experience and we will definitely be returning.
Be careful ordering from these. I ordered a float rod and reel which was damaged I supplied photos of the damage and waited 3 days for a reply. They gave me 2 options 1 to return to a shop for a replacement if they deamed it nessersary 2 to have it collected and a replacement delivered in seven days none of these were viable. Very poor customer service

great store well managed and plenty of stock at competitive prices.staff are helpful and friendly and not wanting to kick you out once you have paid,maybe a little que time due to covid restriction as only 2 customer aloud round tills at any one time
Went in on my lunch break to get a few bits for my weekend session, staff who served me was very rude. Didn’t look up from the till screen. Felt like I was an inconvenience by being a customer. Other staff were actively helping other customers and were very helpful.
