Lovely lady behind the counter served me and, despite being out of muffins and doughnuts for my qr code, sorted me out with a cookie. Worked sunday shift at 16.48. Give her a pay rise!!

This was a great store to grab a snack from during the July 2022 heatwave, where I was served quickly by a lady! She was friendly and I enjoyed a quality custard donut for only around £1, however the stock was running too low here for a variety of options.

Dead atmosphere music was rubbish Sausage rolls cost a bomb and was cold.But the lovely women I believe called Chloe was amazing behind the counter the way her fingers flicked when taking the change out the till really impressed me. She’s going far in life she is way too good for Greggs would recommend her moving up in life and going to cooplands x

Good speed of getting order, however the character of Lewis was a bit standoffish. I understand it may be an off day, so I'm not holding it against him but I think the customer service training could use a bit of a redo.
