Welcome to Yorkshire
Published on May 12th, 2023
•As May gets underway, the sun is coming out and there's lots of fun to be had in Yorkshire.

Most notably, this weekend Ilkley is hosting the National Town Crier Competition. There is also a junior category available in what promises to be an extremely entertaining spectacle.
Leeds University is hosting a public open day entitled "Be Curious" with displays for all the family.
Over in York, TV historian Dr Emma Wells has been taking a look at the illustrious residence of the Lord Mayor - the Mansion House.
It is National Walking Month and in addition to lots more GPX routes being added here at Yorkshire.com, it's time to get kitted out and there's 20% off walking & hiking equipment at Ordnance Survey.
