• Worsbrough Mill Country Park - This 240-acre park near Barnsley features three waymarked routes. The Owl Walk is 3 miles long, while the Badger and Fox Walks are around 2 miles each, all circling a wildlife-rich 60-acre reservoir.

• Elsecar, Hoyland & Wentworth Circular - A popular 6.5-mile circular walk that starts at Elsecar Railway Station, taking in historical sites like the Elsecar Heritage Centre.

• Cannon Hall Country Park & Cawthorne - A 3.75-mile walk from this stately home through beautiful fields, with a lovely coffee shop along the way.

• Graves Park - Sheffield’s largest park offers a mix of woodland and open spaces, making it perfect for a family outing.

• Crookes Valley Park Loop - A short, relaxed walk around a lovely lake, ideal for those looking for a quick escape to nature.

• Ecclesall Woods Trails - Explore a large ancient woodland with multiple trails, great for longer walks.

• Rother Valley Country Park Loop - This park features several lakes and wide trails, perfect for longer circular walks.

• Damflask Reservoir Circuit - A scenic circular walk with beautiful waterside views.

• Cusworth Hall and Park Walk - A picturesque walk around a historic estate with lovely parkland and views back towards Doncaster.

• Sheffield Canal Basin Walk - An easy, flat walk along the canal, perfect for a short urban stroll.
