This review is reflection of today only. It does not reflect past experiences and or services etc which I've never really had an issue. The food was great bar one partially burnt slice of eggy bread. The brew was really claggy. But I'll put that down as my own error for not requesting strong. My main concerns were- Cutlery and cup were not clean. Didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to annoy anyone further. Not very welcoming or friendly if I'm being honest. When it came to paying one lady was quite sarcastic just because I was doing maths out loud. She quipped Do you want a job? In a sarcastic way. I do assume it was meant as a joking comment but the delivery said otherwise. Prices are great, it's nice to see that despite the current climate Jackie's cafe is still going and is affordable for folk- this is why I have given 4 stars instead of the 3 I was originally going to give. Despite my experience today, I will probably be coming back again sometime. Edit- Tuesday 16th. Great service. Owner was very apologetic and understanding. Thank you. Star rating amended.
Ordered this morning for delivery and Food was delivered Fast and Hot! Ordered The Big Breakfast which was A brilliant size for the price and great quality! Also ordered a Spam & Egg Sandwich. I think that was the Best sandwich ive had with the softest Teacake 🙌❤️ Thanks Guys x
Recently visited this café service was amazing food was fantastic Especially for the price very surprised with the ratings this café should be a lot more I hope to visit the café again my breakfast at £8.05 thanks so much
After 2 years or so of not venturing to Keighley I was absolutely astonished when I saw Jackie's still standing and I honestly don't want them to close.. The staff are kind and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, It's just ashame not many people are going to Jackie's so please people that read this GO TO JACKIE'S they deserve our attention and the food is always amazing!!!
