Ordered the hot and sour soup. Very salty and not sour at all. Tastes like a thin gravy and was same colour. I also ordered the beef and mushroom, that was nice, beef was tender.Food delivery was quick.
We ordered from Jade Garden before and never had a problem. Today was the day. To start with, the amount of dumplings was wrong, with one dumpling missing. But the big problem was the sweet and sour chicken, was pretty much inedible. It was mushy and didn’t taste right. Also, the beef in oyster sauce was very bland and the vegetables were also inedible. We paid £35 and we were left hungry, as the quality of the food stopped us from eating. Unfortunately we will never order from Jade Garden again.
Food was hot, tasty and flavoursome. The prices were reasonable and the food well presented and, very importantly, not greasy! Well done!
Ordered duck sweet and sour Hong Kong style. There was more FAT than anything else. To the point of being discussing! Check out the photo - that was all fat. I ate a few veg and chips for £14. Gross and would never recommend or order again!
Ordered at tea time and waited nearly 2hrs, for food for me to ring and ask where my order is for them to say it’s gonna be another 20mins, and rudely puts phone down, so my mum rings and he says he’s waiting for us to pick up, which mum says we paid for delivery. Ducking jokers
