Chicken Charcoal Keighley

Used to order from here all the time in the past, today was informed that the store changed owners and workers. Ordered my usual mixed naan from here today and it was awful. No spice, no flavour the chicken was dry the donner was inedible there was no flavour! if you can’t do it right don’t make it. Furthermore the chips are stale and taste like cardboard I can no longer rely on this place for good food. Do not bother waste of money - this store is a FLOP 😣👎

Absolutely amazing service every time. I was running late and they stayed open an extra 10 minutes after closing just so I could collect my order, which I really appreciated. They always come through with a great donner pizza fresh, hot, and reasonably priced Would highly recommend

We ordered food from here and there was cheese missing off the chips and the burger bun was mouldy and they refused to offer a replacement

Ordered via just eat. Said our order would be here by 20.05 got to 8:30 still nothing looked on the order status and said delivered. Contacted the shop after many attempts got through to someone that wasn’t at the shop he said he would get in contact with them and ring me back within 5 mins. After 15 minutes no reply. Rang back the shop and again after many attempts got through to the actual shop and they said they was all sacked and the shop has closed down. Very poor customer service as you could also hear them laughing in the background

Review for: Chicken Charcoal – Keighley We have ordered from Chicken Charcoal twice now, and unfortunately we will never be ordering from here again. Both times, we ended up having to call the shop to find out where our order was, even though they had already marked it as “completed” on Keighley Eats. It seems they do this just to ensure they get paid by marking the order as delivered within the set timeframe, even when it hasn’t arrived. Other online reviews mentioning cold food are absolutely correct. Our order arrived cold on both occasions. This time was even worse — the driver turned up with the wrong pizza, and the bag also contained items we hadn’t ordered, including a burger and drink. We knew he would be back, and sure enough, about six minutes later he returned to collect the items meant for someone else. He told us he would go back to the shop to collect the correct pizza. When it finally came, it was clear they hadn’t bothered to follow the instructions we added to the order. They added jalapeños and green chillies that we specifically asked to remove, and the pizza was stone cold, obviously left sitting in the shop while the driver tried delivering the wrong items first. The texture was doughy, unpleasant, and completely inedible. No one wanted to eat it, so we had to order food from somewhere else. We will never be ordering from this establishment again, and we encourage others to look elsewhere too — there are plenty of far better options in Keighley that actually provide proper service and hot food. Keighley Eats should also take some responsibility here. When businesses on the app repeatedly perform poorly, there should be an easier way for customers to report the issue and be protected from operators who do not meet even basic standards.
