We were absolutely starving after an eventful day hiking at Malham Cove & my brother recommended this place to us. I am so glad he did. It is a lovely family-run business that offers the best of both worlds: great fast food & authentic Asian curries. We ordered a huge feast, the Tawa for 4, donner meat with fries, loaded fries, a chicken fillet burger, plus salad and drinks. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes. Highly recommend Diamond Cafe if you are in Keighley. Thank you for your service... :)
First time here. Bought a tawa for 2. Food was amazing. Can't fault it. The portion was very decent for 2. Price was very decent to behonest probs the cheapest but quality was spot on. I will be coming here again for sure. Service staff 10 out of 10.
We went with a large group, the place was busy and after a short wait we were seated downstairs. The decor isn't great and the seating areas could do with some attention in this area. We had to go back upstairs to order at the till, maybe because they were busy or that's just how they do it. We had a tawa and some other dishes. The food was very good, no complaints here, the only let down was the service, chicken wings had run out and we were only told by chance after half the food had arrived. Lack of staff m ant food was slow to arrive, the last dish approx 15 mins after the first and all the dishes arrived in random order. Kitchen was a bit chaotic to say the least. All that aside, I would go again because the food was great and the prices are even better.
These guys are absolutely amazing. If I were ever to recommend a place for a truly decent curry, this would be it. The quality of the food is outstanding, and I genuinely can’t praise the chef enough. In my opinion, they’re among the best in West Yorkshire. If you’ve never been, you really should give it a try. Step away from the overhyped, social-media-driven places and support this hidden gem instead. Highly recommended.
Fallen off super hard. Totally cooked, not the food... As they have replied I'll add more info... This is the third time of three visits I've had to discuss directly to the owner about the quality of service and food. Firstly we found plastic in the food. Validated by the manager. Secondly food that was ordered did not arrive to the table. Validated by the manager. Thirdly some food items were not cooked. Validated by the waiter. I get you don't want negative reviews but the whole point of them is to fix your issues and provide a functioning restaurant experience. Hospitality is hard and you make it impossible if you can't take verbal feedback as constructive and take action. I always give verbal feedback and gave three opportunities over the period of months before posting a negative review. I wanted you guys to succeed but if you won't listen to criticisms and build from them then I know I'm wasting my time. "Threatening me" with photos and CCTV of myself is possibly the most unhinged thing I've ever had a restaurant do and sort of validates my concerns...
