Will not recommend. This is the last and final time. Simple request DO NOT PUT ON SPICY SALT ON FRIES. Guess what they did it. A senior staff said it aswell yet this guy has managed to do it. Called 3 times no answer. Not going back ever. Enough takeaway in keighley brothers.
I ordered a pizza meal and a fillet burger, and this was easily one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had in Keighley. The pizza was undercooked, bland, and clearly rushed straight out of the oven without any care. The chips were an absolute joke — instead of the usual thin-cut fries they’re supposed to serve, I was given stale, skin-on chips that tasted like they’d been sitting in old oil for far too long. Service was just as bad. The staff member didn’t bother with even the most basic greeting or customer service. As for the burger, it was stale, paper-thin, and tasted old. There was nothing fresh or appealing about it. Overall, the food was horrible, the service was poor, and I won’t ever order from here again. Avoid this place.
Worse place ever in Keighley. Customer service is rude. Ordered my food over the phone, man said 30 mins over the phone. Came to collect and the staff said there was no order placed - all a lie. The other staff member then said they sold our order as should've collected within 10 mins. Their own staff said collect in half an hour. So rude and no basic customer service skills.
Got two portions of nuggets and a chicken wrap. £20.00. Absolutely scandalous. Customer service non existent. Rude staff. Obviously making too much money. Think they would spend some of that money sorting their shop out. Looks disgusting. Won’t be returning!
The burgers and I repeat only the burgers and just MAYBE the chips on a good day are only nice if you COLLECT. OTHERWISE forget it! You have to actually tell them to cook you a new batch of chips as the ones already made are like eating rocks! I remember when this place used to be good food good prices. Now its just *meh* food and inflated prices! £7 for a bloody tiny burger meal is horrendous! Also the customer service is diabolical. Especially the baldy baldy fella, rude! Funnily enough seen other reviews saying the same thing!
