First they sent us free drinks and prawn crackers , but forgot to make one of the dishes vegan as I requested. We called, and they sent a replacement with extra prawn crackers. Excellent service and delicious food! thank you
Phoned order through at 6.30pm, told it would be an hour. Called at 8pm to be told it would be 15 mins, called again at 8.45pm to be told it was out with the driver. At 9.30pm still no food, called again to be told it would be another half hour. I ended up cancelling my order, wasted my evening with lie after lie, sounds to me that they forgot my order.
By far this is the best Chinese in Keighley there chicken chow main is the best out there hands down if there is ever a mistake there are straight on to sort it friendly stuff well recommend
I have to say I've been missing out. I have been using Lee garden for 15 years and this week they are closed. Fair enough everyone has to go on holiday at some point! But I was so surprised the meal was absolutely fantastic and I will be using New Chef for the foreseeable future. Thank you π
First time ordering & best Chinese Iv ever had. The woman over the phone was also lovely. Best tasting, will be ordering Again.
