HSBC Keighley

I recently went to the keighley branch, I was greeted by 2 polite and friendly members of staff. John Hutchinson sorted out ordering my new debit card and then spent time patiently helping me to set up my online banking app. What a lovely friendly member of staff, nothing was too much trouble. A great asset to HSBC.

We have visited the branch many times over recent months and each time the staff have been welcoming and extremely helpful. In these modern times it is so refreshing to be able to deal with real people face to face knowing that once you’ve left the branch any query and any transactions have been completed successfully. John and Sadia have always been especially helpful and always make us feel welcome and comfortable. We feel it is essential that local branches retain staff who can help customers with queries and transactions, especially as fraud in the banking business continues to rise.

We came to the branch with an issue that had occurred with an online application. John Hutchinson was incredibly helpful, friendly and offered advice on other products that would be helpful for my daughter who is going to university. So lucky to have a local branch and to be able to walk away with everything sorted. Very grateful.
