TSB Bank

Called to pay a cheque into my account. The young lady on the desk was extremely polite, professional, efficient and effective. Moreover, she drew my attention to a higher rate savings account of which I was unaware. Such a level of customer service should be rewarded.

Excellent service, very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Visited the branch to ask for help with our accounts. We were seen straight away and had a private conversation at a separate counter. Our enquiry was fairly complicated but we received excellent help and were asked at each stage if we were happy with the service. The bank was busy but we didn't feel rushed. Thank you TSB.

Bank has dropped standards lately. Was better when nemo and Tracy were in charge. Now it's like walking in to a mortuary. Advisor is good. But lass behind counter needs to be more pleasant

Very poor service!! The atm outside the bank does not allow you to deposit money and this has been the case for many months. Initially I thought it was just a coincidence that it didn’t work but I tried again after many months and it’s still not working. I work so it’s difficult for me to come before 4pm to the branch to deposit money. I had this account since I was a child but sadly I will not be using this account anymore as their services are so poor. Contacted customer services and and they just passed it by as they will contact the branch, but didn’t answer my question.

doesnt deserve any stars what a bad bank this really is, dont answer phones in branch and call centres give you false information and lie to customers without dealing with them. Cant complain about the staff in branch they will help as they can
