I recently purchased a BMW Z4 from Graham at Automotive Cars and the whole experience was genuinely seamless from start to finish. From a quick and helpful response to my initial enquiry about a car that had only just arrived, through to the visit and eventual purchase, everything felt easy and well handled. Graham even went out of his way to collect me from the local car hire when I arrived to pick the car up, which was a really nice touch. A follow-up call a few days later to check everything was going well just reinforced the level of care and attention to detail. I’ll admit I was slightly apprehensive beforehand, as you can be when visiting a smaller car sales centre, but from the moment I arrived I felt completely relaxed and comfortable with the whole process. A genuinely positive buying experience, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

He kept in touch to ensure we got home safely and was enjoying the car. Its little touches like this that set a garage apart from the rest. Graham was a pleasure to deal with, transparent, honest and well just a nice bloke! He sent me some pictures before the car had gone live fully, a detailed description and what was on offer, laying any concerns to rest immediately. The whole process was seamless with regular updates on preparation activities. Graham has followed up post purchase to make sure the car is being enjoyed and to reach out to him if there are any issues - gladly there are none but the customer service is exemplary.
