Would be 0 if possible. Unethical place. No due diligence and behaved with misconduct. We had a part fault part changed on our car, but was informed on pick up there was still the error and the warning light would come on. We had the work done to pass our serv &MOT. On asking if a diagnostic was done prior to the work t ensure the correct work was being done, I was told no and it's £150. I said that you obviously have done a diagnostic as you've cleared the faults and told me the part I need to clear the current fault (only able to from a diagnostic) Just lies and gross misconduct. I had to part with £320 from something that may not have been needed and will need to pay a further £400 to clear the actual fault. Despicable place, swindling customers, lying, and for a trusted dealership shameful. Do not use
Overall positive experience has bo issue with the service. Communication was good.
What a horrible company, I have 8 transit vans and one broke down and got recoverd to Keighley ford, they then rang up with absolutely terrible prices and was so rude on the phone, I then got the van recovered to Bradford ford and haveing the same things done by ford at 50% of the price. Then they had the beech to charge me £450. DO NOT USE ThIS COPANY. The worst I’ve ever been treated in 30 years in Bussiness
We had a great experience buying a new van from Keithley Ford for the family business. Bill went out of his way to make sure the whole process was hassle free. It’s great to see great good old fashioned customer service. Thanks for a hassle free wonderful experience 😊👌👍
Sadly not good, I accepted a price for an interim service but have since found out that the main Ford dealer in Bradford charge two thirds less for the same service (£65 against the £195) I was charged at Ford Keighley. I remind myself now of buyer beware, I always thought dealerships had fixed price servicing on new vehicles.
