The experience at Bentley Keighley was fantastic and can not be faulted if your looking to buy a new or used car these guys will go above and beyond to get the deal that's best for you,nothing is too much trouble and you will be treated with respect, and non pushy professional service. I highly recommend this motor dealership.

I recently brought a Kia Ceed GT Line S from Bentley Motor Group and had a fantastic experience. The buying process was made incredibly seamless and easy by Mick. There was a small issue with the rear bumper on the car having some marks which I only noticed after I got home from picking the car up. I emailed them about this and they replied back in 10 minutes saying they would have the car back to rectify the issue immediately which was repaired promptly and to an incredibly high standard. They also provided a nice courtesy car. I’ll definitely be dealing with Bentley Motor Group and Mick in the future for my next car! I would recommend this dealer!

Bought a car at Bentley Motor Group last month, the customer service was fantastic from beginning to end. Straightforward to book a test drive after submitting an enquiry then speaking over the phone. Anish in particular was very knowledgeable about the car, answered all the questions I had and no pushy sales was involved. Knew when to give us some time to chat amongst ourselves and upon purchase handled all the paperwork seamlessly. Car was valeted tip top condition on pickup, much appreciated thank you.

A mixed review...... We test drove and purchased a used Mazda from this dealership. All went smoothly but...... We were told the car had a service history but only via Mazda on-line, nothing on paper. Eventually, after getting the car home and being allowed to access the history, The only Mazda history was an overdue suggestion to service the car in September 2024. No "done properly" history. Also...... bit of a niggle. Test drove the car with Factory, Mazda, nice quality carpet mats. On collection of the car, these were missing. The salesman suggested they were removed from the car by their valetters (who had just left). We were promised they would be posted but...... Nothing. The Mazda is lovely. The oil appears changed. We have bought replacement mats but I'm not overjoyed with the experience.

Amazing . We always bring our car here . We previously went to the Bradford one and it was nothing but trouble . They were so rude and not helpful at all. Then we found here , so friendly and helpful. They really make you feel relaxed and are easy to talk to. We won't take out car anywhere else now . It's a bit out of our way but when the service is this good we don't mind at all . 10/10 every time .
