Called for a part at 3pm yesterday, they didnt have it in stock, but arranged to have one delivered today at 10am. I turned up at 1015 this morning to find the part waiting for me. Great service, reliable and just what I needed to fix a small but important job on my car. Would definitely reccomend!
Not very impressed with this outlet, I know that nearly all stores are doing a 12 hours, by 10:00 next morning delivery, went in to pick up a ordered air filter for a volvo V60 and I needed some gear oil, not in stock, a motor factors with no stock, went over the road to Halfords instead
Waited 15 minutes as staff hanging around chatting. No customer service.
Battery warranty doesn't cover the battery if you do 9000 miles in two years. Staff member Tom saying this is why the battery failed with no proof or documentation stating just common sense! Our customer to pay non refundable auto electricians report to show no fault with car! BEWARE Yuasa Batteries NO WARRANTY!!!
