I attempted to book an appointment for a blood test for my 86-year-old mother but, when I rang the surgery, I was informed I couldn't do this over the phone and had to complete the online form.. When I tried doing that, since she doesn't have a mobile phone and it wasn't clear how to enter the landline number, I was unable to submit the request. My mother now has to walk nearly a mile to the surgery to book the appointment (she doesn't drive and I don't live locally) and then return at a later date for the bloodtest!

Staff are underappreciated given the current state of the NHS , they do all they can and help me in all endeavors especially while trying to complete military things that take up their time. Anyone leaving negative reviews are 3 generations old and don't appreciate the younger , kind , hard working staff. 5 stars.

So disappointed every time I need to see someone. The whole idea of going online is that it’s 24hrs but no you still have to wait till 8am and people have to work. I want to be able to ask for an appointment when I finally sit down after a hard day at work but no it closes. When I do finally manage to break through I feel I’m just a number. The surgery is always empty. It’s about time you reverted back to helping people face to face like it used to be. You all used covid as a way to go online with everything and the service has become terrible ever since. I want to see an actual doctor face to face when I make an appointment and I want to be a le to make my appointments when I need them not when you tell me I can. Is all this too much to ask. One star from me much improvement required. But my comments will fall upon deaf ears as always!!

Absolutely shocking practice, having to force them to call the hospital to admit my grandad after just telling him to go sit in A&E waiting room with pneumonia… high risk of catching other infections. Claiming they wouldn’t get through to the ward as they’re busy but when forced they got through on the first ring. Never seen negligence like it. Even more so around helping the elderly. Disgraceful

I'm a new patient at this gp practice. I brought in 3 forms to register as new patients and only 2 forms were logged in into the system, so when I went to request a repeat prescription for my son that suffers from eczema and asthma I was told they can't find him on the system and it was a whole hour of trying to find him on the NHS system and in the end I had to fill another form and request prescriptions again. Was also told that I could collect the prescription next day and when I went there no prescriptions to be collected. Not a great experience so far.
