Had an appointment with Dr Rabbani on Tuesday. It was for my sister. He dealt with the serious health concern we had professionally and with compassion. Had to refer her to LGI, was helpful in doing this and even followed-up with us later that day.
I found the practice to be reasonable in getting a face to face appointment.At the appointment I was able to tell them about all my issues I was having and each one was checked out and where necessary medication was prescribed.I was very happy with the service given.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! I'm not sure what the purpose of this GP surgery is?? Tuesday 27th October District nurse & tissue viability prescribe antibiotics and strong pain relief for a profoundly disabled young man with a nasty pressure wound. It's now Friday the 30th and we have spent ALL DAY chasing the GP to sign this script off (was in his in-tray on Wednesday morning) and now were back in the surgery trying to resolve an admin error so the pharmacy can produce the pain relief needed. HOW CAN A SURGERY WITH LESS THAN 2 STARS FROM REVIEWS FROM IT'S PATIENTS HAVE A "GOOD" RATING FROM THE CQC!!!!😡
I've just moved to this GP surgery a week ago, and I cannot fault the interactions I've had. They have helped me so much in one day, more than the previous surgery I was using. The reception crew at Ling House didn't have all the answers on hand straight away, but they did everything they could to find it and solve all the issues I had to completion. My experience has been great and they did it with a smile and good aura. I'm glad to be at this surgery. 10 points 5 stars and they deserve a pay rise.
Seen very nice dr who understood what I am going through with my little baby. Hospital Dr not got what problem, but she explained what the baby has got. Thank you Dr Sarah kamran
