Excellent service. After using many estate agents to view houses over the last year. Dacre, Son and Hartley was by far the best. They always made availability for you, even on weekends which was something I found frustrating with other estate agents. They came across like they wanted to sell you a property by putting 100% effort into their clients, rather than wanting to clock off at 3pm like some of the others. But they also maintained a level of respect without any pressure selling. They all had good knowledge when asked about their properties and if they didn’t have an answer they would always find out for you from another colleague. I would like to thank the team who dealt with me; Ian, Lily, Dee and Ellie who were all so helpful in their own ways and made the journey buying my house a stress free and easy one. They were always there on the other end of the phone if I needed them and was always so polite despite how many times I would call in a week. If you find your dream home and Dacre, Son and Hartley are the estate agent managing it, you’re one of the lucky ones as they are clearly the best in this area alone. Thank you Dacre.

As First time buyers, me and my partners were experiencing a lot of stress through this process. All I can say is Lily and Dee were both extremely helpful and caring during the process of the purchase. Had an offer on a property accepted with a relation to someone at dacre, done nothing but chase chase chase. Even another branch I had to do the same thing when looking around. I have no trust in this company and have proceeded elsewhere
