Excellent service from Your Move. James, Jemma and the team are friendly, professional and calm, especially when going through the stress of a house sale. I appreciated James advice, especially when I put my house up for sale. He gave great thought about the timing of my sale and the photos, which showed the best of the property. Jemma was calm and patient throughout the sale process and kept me informed regularly. Jemma and James were amazing. Property put on market in July and sale was completed early December. We’ve recently taken a tenancy and worked closely with Lewis to get the property and the contracts sorted. So far Lewis has been fantastic and it’s been a real fresh of breath air dealing with Your Move as they’ve been really professional, efficient, speedy, honest and helpful in getting everything sorted. We’ve rented with Holroyds for the past 4 years and are so glad to know we’re going to be dealing with a much better letting agency. There’s issues from 4 years ago Holroyds and the landlord still haven’t sorted, yet Your Move and our new landlord were sorting things out the very next day. Can’t ask for anything better really.
