First of all I would like to thank Alison for her patience and care in helping me through the process of planning the service for Ian. From the jumble of thoughts in my mind she managed to extract the details to form a fitting tribute. I would also like to give a huge thank you to Piers who took us through the service with just the right balance of sadness and humour. Thank you also to Megan and the staff manning the hearse for their kindness and care before and after the service. This all made a very difficult time, not easy, but bearable. Edith Walkden Thompson
From day 1 I dealt with Alison and she was absolutely amazing. She helped us every step of the way and made my Dad feel comfortable after suddenly losing my Mum. I thank all the other staff at the Knowle who worked during the day of the funeral as they were so professional and kind. I cant recommend this company enough and Alison is worth her weight in Gold. Thanks again to you all.
Very easy to deal with service. Excellent staff(Alison & meghan). Great communication. Very compassionate. A brilliant service from start to finish. They handled everything nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the knowle.
I used the Coop when my dad died 10 years ago and I was very pleased with their funeral services then. My mum prepaid her funeral costs with the Coop and, following her recent passing, I have needed them again. Alison and Megan were extremely helpful and understanding; nothing was too much for them and they proactively helped mum get the funeral she had wanted. Thankyou so much.
The professionalism and empathy shown to myself and family was excellent, from arranging my late son's funeral to taking care of him, and on the date of the funeral itself. Special thanks to Alison, Rob, and Suzanne who have shown so much kindness-you are a credit in your line of work. xx
