We cannot thank Gallagher's enough for all of their help after our mum (my mum-in-law) passed away. As we are living abroad, our first dealings were with Paul and he helped us tremendously. He advised us what we needed to do and he helped us start to get everything in order, before we arrived in England. Once we arrived in the UK, Hayley became our funeral consultant. We felt an instant connection with her when we entered the the funeral home, as she was so warm and welcoming! She took us through all of the preparation start to finish and she was absolutely amazing. She chose a celebrant to officiate that would match with our personalities and she was incredible. Hayley was in constant contact with us, which was really helpful. Being there was a time constraint, they managed to get everything together very quickly. The service was absolutely beautiful and we feel like we gave our mum a wonderful send off! We met Hayley as strangers, but we left felling like family! We cannot recommend Gallagher's Funeral Home enough. This our third experience using them and they gave our loved ones a beautiful goodbye! 100/10

Recently as a family we had to deal with the untimely death of our sister. While our sister lived in Yorkshire and we have a strong family connection to the county, none of us live in the UK. Gallaghers of Keightley were recommended by a friend of our sister so we decided to use their services. As this was my first time organising a funeral and unfamiliar with UK procedures. I was totally reliant on Gallaghers assistance. During this difficult time Paul Wilkinson was incredible. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable and totally professional. At all times he kept us informed and would accommodate our requests. Gallaghers made the whole process a lot easier on the family at this difficult time. The Funeral was organised & arranged by Paul with great attention to detail, keeping me informed & reassured during the whole process.
