Recently as a family we had to deal with the untimely death of our sister. While our sister lived in Yorkshire and we have a strong family connection to the county, none of us live in the UK. Gallaghers of Keightley were recommended by a friend of our sister so we decided to use their services. As this was my first time organising a funeral and unfamiliar with UK procedures. I was totally reliant on Gallaghers assistance. During this difficult time Paul Wilkinson was incredible. He was sympathetic, knowledgeable and totally professional. At all times he kept us informed and would accommodate our requests. Gallaghers made the whole process a lot easier on the family at this difficult time. It felt as if a weight was lifted from our shoulders, as different elements of the funeral service came together - our celebrant, the music, especially Einaudi recommendation., the flowers, and the photos, the eulogy, the poem and a tribute. All led to the ceremony that celebrated Mum's life, as she would have wanted.
