Would give more stars if I could, I'm very selective of who I let work on my 2016 leon cupra, had multiple things done from these guys from pads changed to suspension bits to my MOTS, never had a problem, work can take a while but they do the job properly, gave them a real ball ache of a job this time, changing the downpipe/cat, they were very accommodating in terms of the way I wanted things done and price was fair too! Good bunch of lads, would defo recommend.

Please use this as a cautionary tale. Took my car in for a check up and repair of engine. Firstly was quoted around £250 but ended up being charged £400+. This I don’t mind as if I was told rough costs before hand, would happily do so. But they wouldn’t even tell me a price prior to work beginning. Seems like a red flag to me. But we continue. I understand this happens sometimes so it is what it is. Secondly, after having the car for a week, I noticed faults on day 1. Engine sounds and the entire dashboard lit up like Christmas lights. All fine before. Taking it back to them 2 times, no fix whatsoever. The second time I left a piece of tape on the hood to see if it was even opened. Apparently not. I was just told to take it to someone else that might do electrical work. Bear in mind this is a relatively new car 2018 Prior to this experience they were pretty good. I’m not sure what happened this time but given coming over the last few years expected better. This might just be my bad experience but thought others should be aware and maybe be a bit more assertive prior to starting work with them Real shame really. Used to like this garage

Car went in for a recon gearbox and new clutch. Garage picked it up and said it would be 3-4 days. Phoned me and said there were surcharges due to extent of damage. Came to an agreement on price including the cost of re-delivery I did not have a choice as car was in bits wanted another £850. After numerous phone calls and complaints I finally get the car back 4 weeks later with the wrong gearbox oil in. I phoned and they said they would pay for new oil which I then put in the 'box. I then take the memory card out of my dash cam and find they have been fiddling with the dash cam, at the same time they have been ragging the car about redlining it and laughing driving around like complete retards with my new clutch and recon gearbox. The driver who was called Adam who used to own felside ltd warned me no to share the dash cam file.

Had such a bad experience with these guys. They fake MOT and then let your car get messed up which will cost you alot after a while to fix. My car got sold for metal scraps to these guys as they messed it all up, in the end they fixed it all n sold it for alot of money. They tried to rob my sisters car too but luckily we managed to find out that these guys are scammers and rob peoples cars to make more money. Got my sister's car fixed from someone honest and trustworthy. They act like their doing the job for free, you pay them and still they don't do a good job. Disgusting behavior. May your business go downhill for what you did to me n my sister Ameen!

I always get A1 service from this garage, I travel 10 miles from Bradford for this reason. Always happy to see me and get my job done with efficiency. I have been using this garage for 5 years now. 5 🌟
