I had a great experience with this garage. The customer service was outstanding — the staff were very polite, professional, and attentive from start to finish. They provided excellent service, explained everything clearly, and ensured my vehicle was well taken care of. Replaced the thermostat on my mk5 gti for a reasonable price. It clearly takes a properly VAG trained mechanic to do that job in that amount of time if not in the first place. 100% excellent service Thanks.

I’ve recently taken my 2012 A5 cabriolet to this garage as recommended by my neighbour, as the access to my normal mechanic isn’t great for a car with such a low front skirt. They’ve done a full Service and MOT at short notice back in February, and today the car has just come back from having a new timing belt and water pump, and a couple of other niggly bits. Their customer service skills are second to none and the car appears to be running well, and all for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much guys 🎈I’m really impressed.
