We can’t recommend Norman Atkins enough after the brilliant service they have undertaken over the last week. Excellent Customer Service, Experienced & Polite Plumbing & Heating Engineers & always clean up after themselves .We had two brand new vertical radiators installed, Full Boiler Service, New thermostat with app capabilities to manage our heating when we are away & re-routing of old pipes to make our front room more comfortable & warm. Norman Atkins have serviced the gas at this address for well over 30 years. A couple of year ago they fitted a new boiler and nest thermostat. Always arriving on time with a smile. Brilliant service 👏 of cooker, boiler and gas fire, that looks like new again. Everything was left clean and tidy, and some great advice given. Very reliable Company. I regularly use Atkins for new boilers and bathrooms. I also use them to service all gas appliances and any incidental issues at both my home and rental properties. Always arrive at the pre-arranged appointment. Polite and courteous. I always get an annual reminder when boiler services are due.

Engineer failed to turn up even though job was booked 6 weeks ago. No contact, explanation or apology from this company, Would NOT recommend them to anyone as they are totally unreliable and cannot be trusted to turn up for the job. Your explanation that you tried to make contact and left 2 voicemails is totally false and just a poor excuse. Your office was aware that our job booked could not be delayed due to our timescale for a fitted kitchen. Try again.
