I just got my first biab set today and I love them so much!!! I’ve come here a couple times before to do acrylic and they always did such a good job so I decided to trust them with my biab journey and I am so happy, all the staff are so polite kind and friendly, even to rude customers they remain patient and kind, they make you feel so welcomed every time and always ask if you are okay, constantly making sure you are okay the whole time. Thankyou to all the staff at diamond nails for the most amazing service every time, they are the best in Keighley ❤️

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a long time now, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walk in, I’m always treated like family. The staff are some of the hardest working people I know—every single visit they give 110% to make sure everything is perfect, and it truly shows in both the service and the results. Their attention to detail is incredible, and my nails always come out beautiful, but what makes this place so special is how much they care about their clients. They don’t just do nails—they genuinely look after you. On one of my recent visits I actually wasn’t feeling well and almost fainted, and they immediately jumped in to take care of me. That kind of kindness and quick care goes so far beyond what you’d ever expect at a salon, and it just shows how genuine they are. Every appointment is consistent: impeccable service, beautiful work, and a warm atmosphere where I feel at home. I know they recently got a negative review, but I can say with full confidence that this salon is truly five stars all the way. One bad review could never reflect how amazing they really are. I always leave with nails I love, but more importantly, I leave feeling cared for and appreciated. I recommend them to anyone and everyone—they absolutely deserve all the love and support! 💖✨💅

Fabulous, booked online a few minutes wait but it was super busy. Lovely atmosphere really friendly and knowledgeable nail technician who was just such a lovely person. My nails look fabulous I’m delighted with them and got a loyalty card so will be back.
