Gulf

Called here via phone on 22/4/24 at just after 8.30am. Person answered “hello” thought I rung someone’s house. Asked if this was gulf he laughed and said no asked if it was petrol station on oakworth road he laughed and said yes. Ok names changed but not online it hasn’t! Asked if he has beechams medicine. Laughed and Said no. Really didn’t know what was so hilarious. Fair enough you don’t sell any kind of medication but chap was on rudeness level. Looking at reviews here clearly this place is run by jokers!

confrontational, agressive. One man asked if i was lost as i was backing off the forcourt i explained no wasant lost was waiting for my mate to fill up, he then went on to talk over me stating he owned the petrol station, i was blocking people getting on, thats why i am moving, well you cant stay here either i own this land too, i tried explaining again a little more forthwrite, he then snatched my keys out the ignition and walked back to the shop.I made my way to the shop only to be told i was bared and to get out. I informed him i want my keys back before i leave. Then another man appeared ordering me out the shop, i said the same again i want my keys, he then says if i dont leave he will push me out, which he tried, in self defence i pushed back then the man behind the counter started to move round. Shouting what would happen if i didnt leave. Tried to explain i had now been assulted, to be told you will know what being assulted is if you dont move.So in a short space of time i was verbaly fisicaly abused and had my kar keys stolen.

P17CKER owners son in law needs to learn how to speak to people. Extortion fuel prices since the fuel ‘shortage’ extorting hard working everyday people . Other staff are friendly but the guy with tatoos thinks hes gods gift sorry pal your not anything special learn some manners first

I'm a local cab driver and go there when ive missed going to my regular shell station and seen them arguing with customers like they are nothing, especially the little boy on the counter who looked about 14! Don't think I'll be going back as they have no courtesy for their customers at all. Very Disappointing service and I didn't get the full story but the customer had a valid point in his complaint.

Arrogant aggressive owner, complete Wa**er. Rips off customers, put the cost of fuel by 50p per litre disgusting. You reap what you sow, people wont forget. When this fuel issue is over i really hope will avoid this petrol station.
