Bought filters for my baby daughters prep machine and they were faulty took back to exchange and was refused .absolutely shocking service and now out of pocket. They have basically robbed my child of food avoid the place 😒

I love shopping in boots bit pricey, but love the variety off different brands qoulity products.

I had phoned the pharmacy this morning in regards to an emergency medication supply, although at first I was unable to get the result I wanted the woman who I had spoken to, (and wish I had gotten her name) was incredibly kind and caring, and explained everything to me. Not only this but she later called me back to as she had found a way to resolve the issue, she went above and beyond to make sure that I could get the medication I needed as quickly as possible and was so genuine and caring and I cannot thank her enough for her help

Rude staff. A female staff member with box dyed black hair proceeded to stand right in front of the section I was looking at first to buy an item. As I couldn’t see what I wanted due to this I took my custom elsewhere. Please retrain your staff as they lack basic customer skills and are outright rude

Visited doctors on Monday, I requested my prescription to be sent to boots pharmacy. went on Tuesday lunchtime to collect and they told me it wasn't ready to collect yet and to come back in a few hours time !! After coming out of work to collect my prescription which should have been there the day before. Why could it not have been made there whilst I was waiting??
