When I first joined they were fabulous and delivered my prescriptions when they said and had a lovely person. Now delivered at 11pm and then left on my doorstep. Then the last twice have just been left on my doorstep and nobody around anybody could've picked up my prescriptions from my doorstep
Time Pharmacy is absolutely brilliant. All the staff are friendly and professional and go above and beyond to ensure that medication gets to the patient quickly. It is the best Pharmacy in Skipton and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.
What an outstanding service. Very polite and friendly. They go above and beyond their duties. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Nothing is too much trouble. They send me a reminder text. They don't charge any money. If your short on any medication they will do there best to get the medication to you no matter what time of day it is. 10 out 10. Well done to Time Pharmacy.
Time pharmacy deliver to me in Manchester for free, they have never let me run out and always send me a reminder in advance of my order date. I place the order then they text me when the gp sends the prescription with how many items they have recieved on the prescription. I have found this feature extremely helpful because on a few occasions I have ordered 5 items but the gp has only authorised 2. Instead of finding out once the delivery has been made, once I have got the text I have called Time pharmacy who have been very helpful in getting in touch with the gp to get the rest of my prescription authorised before they post it to me. Time pharmacy send my prescription nicely packaged and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a free prescription delivery service. I also want to particularly thank Sal the pharmacist who always goes above and beyond for me, thank you and keep up the good work.
this pharmacy is by far the best in yorkshire, maybe even the best in the uk. they always deliver on time, none of we dont have this or that, you get your full prescription. i had an emergency prescription delivered late on new years eve, and with a smile. i have used time for over 12 months, and would not consider going to another pharmacy. the very least we as customers can do is to show time our support for the brilliant job they do for us. first class service guys.
