Great work to repair my boiler at my hotel!! I was thinking to replace this boiler with new, but this plumber was so efficient that he made it working like new. I am very happy to use this service, definitely, I will use it again in future.
Just like to say a big thanks for getting my boiler back working we finaly have hot water again. If anyone ever need a emergency plumber to get the boiler fixed i would say give these a call you will not be disapointed.
TOTAL SHARLETENS!...THEY CHARGE £150 +VAT PER HOUR...AND YOU HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE!....PER HOUR...THEY RIPPED USOFF FOR £360 THEN SAID THEY COULDNT FIND THE FAULT!!!.....WE GOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY INAND THEY FOUND THE FAULT IN 20 MINUTES.....BUT...THE MONKEYS THAT CAME HAD LEFT US WITH A GAS LEAK!!!.THEY DIDNT DO A SROP TEST ON THE METER...AND I HAVE CCTV TO PROVE THEY DIDNT GO INTO THE ROOM WITH THE METER!....THEY ARE A NATIONAL CALL CENTRE, NOT KEIGHLEY BASED AND EMPLOY THE USLESS THAT CANT GET A JOBELSE WHERE.....NO I.D WAS PROVIDED AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THEIR GAS SAFE REGISTRATION NUMBERS. WE ARE PERSUING A PROSECUTION!!! DO NOT USE THESE FAKE MONKEYS, YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT!!!!
The owner and his team were so professional, courteous and reasonably priced I constantly recommend them to everyone I know. Just a quality company run by amazing people who actually care about their customers. Thank you, ShinePlumb for excellent customer service.
