Never in my life have i experienced such atrocious public service.Refused to take £2 in change then rudely told me they were not a bank and i should go to one.Where? They are all closing and post offices, like this are cashing in on services they provided if its to their benefit and not to provide any customer service. Then people have to queue to post letters,Where's the post box?RIDICULOUS. If the owners of this establishment think this is the way to run a business they will soon be closing down and i am now joining a long line of people who will not be going there again.I notice the ratings are average 3 stars which is an embarrassing rating for a so called public service. I would give no stars if it was an option as there is no excuse being rude. There are many more post offices nearby and i will be going to them in future.-------------------------------------------------------- In answer to your reply: I spoke to nobody but the person i was being served by. I did not get aggressive or shout or swear. I had £2 in mixed change to make the £48(2x£20 notes and8 pound coins) i was paying in up to £50. I know to bag money up correctly if its large amounts,i dealt with cash most of my working life.No one needs to explain that to me,nor did they attempt to,but £2 in 20p,10p,5p and copper is hardly a large amount. I did say i dont know what its coming to if you can't bank a small amount of loose change but in no way was i aggressive and i would not shout and swear in front of other customers. I did not know the post box is on the roadside at the back ,but i do now. I do not like posting negative reviews but on this occasion i felt it neccesary to do so .

Dishonest exchange office!!! Yesterday I went to buy 200 euros and paid £192.31, immediately after I go to Sainsbury's and out of curiosity I ask how much 200 euros cost...£184. £8 more for what? A tip for the smartest ones?

Been here few times, no customer service whatsoever, very dismissive, couldn’t scan the barcode on my phone through the window screen, shouted at me to increase the brightness. No manners or any form of etiquette. I suggest you all train up on customer service . I certainly will not be giving my service to these uneducated people. There are numerous reviews on staff attitude, so what will you going to do about it Manager? - learn some manners? I suggest everyone to complain to ROYAL MAIL, soon they will show some manners!
