Royal Mail Keighley

Been waiting for post that i know was sent to me on the 17th November. It is now the 29th November. Not a single letter has come through the door since the 19th November. What on earth is gping on? According to the website they are still delivering daily but it doesn't seem.to be the case. Once a week at best, but usually a lot longer. No where to contact regarding letters and the sorting office is open so few hours that it's almost impossible to speak to.someone. Why does the price of.postage go.up so much, and the service goes down?

Exactly 6 05pm on 18/11/2025, The driving i witnessed by a Royal Mail van heading towards the depot was unbelievable. Passing Eurocarparts to approach the lights. Driver drove straight into the oncoming lane to perform an overtake almost causing a collision with myself. Its funny how the drivers are in a rush to get home or back to depot but letters are still arriving first class, two weeks later. I will be forwarding dashcam footage to relevant authorities.

Delivery absolutely shocking,no post for weeks. Waiting on my replacement bank card for almost 2 weeks. Royal Mail...More like Royal Snail!

Our post is not being delivered on time. Post is arriving bunched all together weeks past the dates they were originally sent. These included hospital letters with appointments past the dates they were scheduled for.

Please do not tell LIES, presumably to meet your delivery targets. “No answer, card left” - I was on all day and no sign of a card. Next day “Property inaccessible” - once again I was in all day and there are no problems accessing my address. I have stayed at home for two days waiting for this parcel and, despite your tracking website claiming that my parcel is out for delivery, it looks like no serious attempt to deliver it has been made. I can understand that occasionally you haven’t the resources to deliver all the parcels that you need to, but please be HONEST about the situation. I never thought that I would be saying this, but in future I will be choosing EVRI for my deliveries: they have their faults but at least they are truthful with their tracking information and don’t cause people to stay home for days on end, waiting for a package that they know isn’t going to be delivered.
