Using ogden almost 2 years, honest review can check me out. This is the 3rd fulfilment we had moved to the first 2 dont even go there :-)... Ok so we have 660 products and many problems with getting stock since brexit and kits to make up and i can tell you these lot especially fiona and amanda in the warehouse really do go above and beyond to make it happen, its like having your own PA at times! they call to go through deliveries or product bundles to double check my random coded emails that no one can understand and always look after my orders, a REAL personal touch you WILL NOT find with any of the other fulfilment centres they treat you as a number and will not help at all, these guys are like family, there is some 1 star stalker reviews which google really should remove they are clearly bought fake competitor reviews, this is the ONLY company to use!!!
Royal Mail lost a package that had been dispatched by Ogdens. Contacted Ogdens and they had it sorted in 48 hours. Great service and lovely staff.
