Nicole was super helpful when I went in asking for help changing my pram into the carrycot. I got the pram from this shop 3 years ago and she was still more than happy to help me out Thankyou.

I went in the store for advice on a car seat for my nephew, I was given demos and really good advice on the correct seat I needed for my vehicle. The lady that helped me couldn't do enough for me and was very knowledgable about the products in on sale. She fit the isofix base, making sure all was fit correctly and safe. The customer service I received was excellent, she went above and beyond, explaining everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely return again.

Fabulous service - went for a new pram and they had the one we wanted on display. Helped out with the demo and then made our order. Called a week later to come collect - smooth and easy and a great price too

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from bump and babes. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering anything from there. I ordered a car seat, pram and crib all of witch came to over £850 and they treat me appalling. There were no communication at all. When I placed my order with the unhelpful and rude stuff I were told that my things would all come within a week so they gave me a collection date, yet I waited over 5 weeks to actually get my items. I lost count of how many times I rang the shop to chase up on where my order was yet no one answered and no one ever got back to me. My partner went into the shop over 5 times to ask what was going on with our order and it turned out our order had never even being placed. And finally when our car seat did arrived it arrived in the wrong colour. Typical!! Until the shop goes under new management or they get new staff I will never place an order with them again. If they have what you are looking for in stock then you can't go wrong as they do have some lovely things in there. But overall I'm extremely disappointed with my experience from bump and babes!!!

Went with my daughter today to pick up her travel system. We ordered it after looking and it arrived fast. We dealt with Sophie from the beginning of our pram buying venture through to collection and she is brilliant!!! Great shop and even better staff!! Highly recommend.
